The purchase considered the most expensive car wise, sent him on the 38 Th place in the top of the most zealous car collectors in the world.
The ranking issued by The Collector Car Trust is been managed in the past years by Fred Simeone, a billionaire call collector with a diploma in neurosurgery. His collection reaches 70 classic cars that are hard to make an estimate on because it contains rare pieces or even unique models. The collector doe not want to talk about the material value of his cars more even so when the annual top published by The Key magazine, takes into consideration multiple other criteria than the material one.
His collection is set to have modes like Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing Coupe 1955, American Underslung Traveler 1909, Mercedes-Benz S-Type Sportwagen 1927 and an Alfa Romeo 8C 2900A from 1937. The Alfa was given as a gift by his father and is a one of kind in the USA.
